This service includes:
- Two one-hour comprehensive Assessments (Adult and Childhood symptoms that are necessary for an accurate diagnosis)
- Diagnosis
- Customized Treatment Plan
- One-hour consultation during which the custom Treatment Plan is discussed
Adult ADHD Mindfulness Intensive:
Individuals: $2,000
INSURANCE REIMBURSEMENT
I am an Out-of-Network psychotherapist which means that I require payment prior to my services and provide a Superbill listing your diagnosis so that you may submit that for reimbursement from your insurance company.
I am happy to provide the Diagnostic Code for your initial consultation and the anticipated codes after we speak so that you may verify with your insurance company that my services are covered and learn the amount they will pay.
In addition, there is a billing service that will help you obtain insurance reimbursement for a nominal fee that you may want to research: Float
