I'm a Solutions-Focused, Behavioral Psychotherapist and Coach and have owned my private practice since 1996.

MY EDUCATION + BACKGROUND
Prior to completing my graduate degree in Counseling Psychology from the University of San Francisco in 1996, I worked throughout Silicon Valley as a Project Manager and Software Engineer for Fortune 50 tech firms.
I was married to my amazing husband and partner in life and business for 37 years, together for 45, until his death in 2021 from very evasive, fast-acting cancer.
Navigating his death has taught me a great deal about myself and the necessity for moving forward and stepping into a new identity. I bring this with the need for creating a new identity.
